This course teaches you some basics of good everyday nutrition. Processed foods, hidden sugars, leafy greens, herbs, and spices are just some of the topics we’ll be discussing, and we’ll go deeper each week on these themes to prove that good nutrition is not an expensive hobby to have. Even small changes in our nutrition can create big impacts on our health, and the more clean and delicious food you eat, the better you will feel. The last class meeting in this course will be a grocery store tour with the instructor.

Weekly topics include: Processed Food and Hidden Sugar, Superfoods and Leafy Greens, Food as Medicine: Fight the Inflammation, Instant Pot Basics, Herbs and Spices for Good Health, Learn How to Navigate the Grocery Store (field trip – location TBD)
