This course teaches the basics of good everyday nutrition. Processed foods, hidden sugars, leafy greens, herbs, and spices are just some of the topics to be discussed, and each week the class will further explore these themes to prove that good nutrition is not an expensive hobby. Even small changes in our nutrition can create big impacts on our health, and the more clean and delicious food you eat, the better you will feel.
