I have been working with Sapna for a year and a half. I have adopted a plant based diet ( no dairy, fats, or meats) with Sapna’s direction and her cooking classes. During that time period, I have lost over 70 lbs and no longer have five health issues. Those issues were pre-diabetes, pre-osteoporosis, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and sleep apnea. I would highly recommend her as a health coach to help with eating nutritional foods, losing weight, and cooking yummy, yummy foods.
